Estate Agent with PSRA licence in South Kerry

Duties and Responsibilities

Acquisition of property - Meeting clients and evaluating of new and second-hand homes.
Property viewings.
Negotiation and closing transactions.
Implementation of sale and marketing activities

The Candidate

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 3 years plus experience in the residential sales and lettings market with a proven track record in meeting targets. They should also have the ability to develop our market share effectively.

3+ years experience in sales
Highly motivated
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
Full, clean driving licence
Third level qualification
IT proficient
The successful candidate must be the holder of a current PSRA (Property Services Regulatory Authority) licence (A, B and or C) or have the required qualifications in place.
