Our broad license covers not only the municipality of Cernusco sul Naviglio, but the whole eastern area of the province of Milan, where there are some of the oldest settlements in the whole of Lombardy; Cernusco, and Bussero of Roman origin, Melzo of Etruscan origin, and the Germanic Trezzo sull'Adda are the best known examples. The reason is soon explained; the healthiness of the air combined with the fertility of the land, the abundant presence of water, and a climate less rigid than the north side, and less misty than the south, have made it an almost obligatory choice for those over the centuries near Milan.
The water connections (the Naviglio Martesana started in 1443 or the Canale Villoresi of 1800) further enhanced these settlements, emphasizing their strategic importance, and to this day remain as unique and irreplaceable landscape values.

The constant increase of the inhabitants of the settlements of the zone testifies the quality of the life; the connections with Milan increasingly expanded (primarily thanks to the Metro, and then also thanks to the HUB of Cascina Gobba) and the possibility of using green areas such as the Parco della Martesana are the first two elements to consider for those who wants a home that offers comfort for the nearby metropolis, and a high quality standing.
Future perspectives
The distance from Linate airport and from Orio al Serio has certainly affected the demand for real estate in the area. Some centers, such as the San Raffaele Hospital Center, also gave a boost from this side at a time when many areas, even adjacent to Milan, knew a contraction in demand.
