In one of our properties - Villa Eden in Gardone Riviera, a private luxury resort - the chef introduced his cookshow for a small group of select guests. T
he seven-course menu, accompanied by wines from Bellavista, was served with the most famous dishes of the Emilian cook. Before the eyes of the guests, Bottura prepared from "Insalata di mare in chiave moderna" to "Oops! Mi è caduta la crostatina al limone! ", Explaining the unmistakable expressiveness of each of his creations.
In addition to the great classics, the guests were inspired by the "La parte croccante della lasagna" - the master of the charred crust of granny lasagna - and "spin-painted veal, not flame grilled" inspired by an opera by the artist Damien Hirst.
The evening was organized by Engel & Völkers Desenzano del Garda "to promote Lake Garda as the Lake of Europe with the international character."
