In that particular area of the Iblean territory of viticulture and olive growing there is this charming property. It was founded in 1812 as a country residence of a family that owned several hectares of olive groves and vineyards in the surrounding area and that together with the holiday home also built a beautiful millstone with attached cellar and an oil mill for the needs of the estate. So, it is a harmonious rectangular structure typical of those of nineteenth century. The property is composed of a house linked to the millstone by a hallway. This one, charming, very big, with seven tanks, occupies the central part of the structure and contains all the equipments still functioning. Communicating the equally large cellar to the winery and finally to the Custodian’s apartment. In 1994 the cellar was transformed into an apartment with a loft and the caretaker's house in an annex, while everything else remained unchanged. Commission Details

The brokerage fee (commission) is paid by the buyer in the amount of 4.00% + VAT of the purchase price of the property.
