Ok, now, what are the Cortes Apertas?

Cortes Apertas in Italian means " opened courtyard" : in fact, the event takes place in the old courtyard of historic houses in towns' centre where you can admire the skills of the old craftmen, you can taste the aromas and flavors of past times and can be bewitched by old gestures and tradition that with these modern times went lost, but they still means for many a feeling of family and home.

The event is a journey through Barbagia: 32 towns, 32 hidden rare gems enclosing tale of old times, ancient recipes, in their tiny courtyards and narrow streets opened to teach the greatness of the traditions. An appointment to deeply enter into the Sardinian culture, the most genuine and authentic you'll ever experience.
