Competencies:

- Preparation or predisposition for oriented trade relations

- Preferred experience in the sales industry, especially in real estate

- Real estate agent qualification as an entry in the role or the willingness to achieve these

- Knowledge of the area and any existing customer relationships

- Entrepreneurship

- The ability to build relationships during the process of acquisition and negotiation

- The ability and the willingness to support the customer at the stage of the purchase or sale process

- Language skills in Italian and English

- Professional customer service

- High motivation and team skills

- Candidates must be able to manage an international clientele

- Acquisition and sale of real estate

- Valuation of property and creation of  presentations

- The ability to build relationships in order to support customers throughout the entire negotiation process

- Implementation of sales and marketing activities

  • Support of the Sales Director and the team in day-to-day business operations
  • Support of business appointments and events
  • Implementation of sales and marketing activities
  • Creation of property profiles and other documentation

 

Your profile

 

  • Business-related professional training is desirable
  • Previous experience working in a comparable position
  • A high degree of commitment and a strong sense of team spirit
  • Honed communicative and organisational skills
  • Well-acquainted with MS-Office
  • Proficiency in English is desirable
  • Reliable and structured way of working
  • Good-natured conduct, a confident and friendly manner and a strong focus on service
