Discrete, fast and with years of market knowledge.
It seems to be in Silicon Valley, but we are at the gates of Treviso. Here, in fact, the best-known Italian startup incubator - H-Farm - has created its campus, a real innovation hub with an international dimension. Not just for the numbers, but it is good to remember them. H Farm Campus covers an area of 51 hectares, of which over 27 are intended for park and wooded area. It can accommodate more than 3,000 people, including 2,000 students.
Inside, there is no shortage of sports facilities, spaces for events, buildings dedicated to training, areas for catering, a conference hall and a library, designed by the Rogers Stirk Harbor + Partners (RSHP) studio. An immense pole, but completely sustainable and self-sufficient for 85% of energy needs thanks to photovoltaic systems of over 1.2 MW and systems for accumulating and exchanging energy networks, with only 10% built on a total of 51 hectares. Not only. Sustainable mobility is encouraged by electric columns and over 500 bikes, e-bikes, caddy cars and electric scooters.
A place for study, but also for coworking. 1,000 square meters are available for professionals and entrepreneurs, divided into 128 workstations. But it is also possible to work outside the dedicated pavilion, thanks to the 5G Wifi spread throughout the area. A place also for sport, thanks to indoor and outdoor fields. In fact, H Farm hosts a 1600 square meter indoor building with a multipurpose field, and 5000 square meters that host outdoor fields dedicated to tennis, padel, football, rugby, beach volleyball and baseball, as well as a freestyle park and BMX pump track.

Not just study. The restaurants of H Farm
In such an innovative place, one of the most iconic names in Italian cuisine could not be missing. That of the Alajmo brothers - Massimiliano and Raffaele - already three Michelin stars with the Calandre di Rubano, in the province of Padua. The starred Italian chefs have in fact the management of four restaurants within H Farm Treviso. La Serra is the most evocative environment, because you can have lunch inside a real greenhouse, surrounded by dozens of plants. On the plate, Max Alajmo's proposals are tasteful but simple, designed to give everyone - employees, students and guests - the opportunity to have a tasteful break.
The kitchen rises in tone with Le Cementine, which takes its name from the typical Apulian majolica tiles that cover the floor, hand-drawn and different from each other. Here the cuisine of the Alajmo mixes the products of the garden and the fish of the Lagoon in distinctive dishes, marked by taste and lightness. Two essential qualities in Max Alajmo's kitchen.
AMOR in FARM, on the other hand, is an informal place, where Max Alajmo's patented steamed pizza is the real protagonist. Pizza still at the center of the offer in Pizzeria Al 4, inserted in a suggestive environment with a Nordic flavor, where Max Alajmo has dedicated himself to the study of different combinations of flour, leavening and fillings.
