The Italian real estate market continues to grow with an increase in sales of +8.6% (Source: Revenue Agency's Real Estate Market Observatory) and the international real estate brand Engel & Völkers confirms itself as one of the most vibrant real estate companies. The positive trend of 2017 will continue and consolidate during 2018 with an increasing number of transactions. The strong positive trend had already been announced at the end of the first half of 2017 also worldwide: total net commission of the international Engel & Völkers Group reached 667.8 million euro (+31.9% compared to the same period of 2016) and the Italian market recorded a strong growth of 47.2% (26.1 million euro reached FY17 compared to 17.7 million FY16).
