It is an obligation according to the art. 29 paragraph 1bis Law 52/85 amended by Legislative Decree 78/10 converted into Law n122 / 10 and establishes that the deed of sale contains the reference to the cadastral plans and the declaration made by the holders of compliance with the state of affairs of cadastral data and plans. A declaration that can be replaced by the certificate issued by a qualified technician. Land Registry Compliance verifies the correspondence of the property with what is reported in the cadastre. The planning compliance, on the other hand, verifies the correspondence between the state of the property and the regularity of the residential building titles.
