Engel & Völkers Luxembourg: #1 in BeNeLux in 2018

With an increase in turnover of nearly 80% between 2017 and 2018, the Luxembourg Market Center recorded the strongest growth in the Group's Residential Real Estate division.

This growth is closely linked to our  agents success as well as the Market Center concept present in Luxembourg since december 2016. It refers to a direct investment and management system by Engel & Völkers AG so that the brand could implement its new expansion concept with the objective of generating rapid growth. This concept of Market Center has proven efficiency in strategic metropolises around the world such as Hamburg, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, New York, Dubaï, Hong Kong... This is precisely the case of Luxembourg, which is one of the most promising real estate markets. This form of licence provides a very high level of market expertise supported by the international knowledge of the group. 

In addition, the increase in the number of Engel & Völkers agents in Luxembourg was a major factor in driving this growth. The group plans to open a shop very soon, which will accommodate a large number of agents. The brand's activities cover the whole of the Grand Duchy and each agent is an expert in its territory.
