This sports park is the one of a kind in Uruguay. Its combination of the two sports disciplines - soccer and golf – was invented in the 1980s in Sweden. On the site of 4 hectares there are two separate facilities for soccergolf (18 lanes for adults and 18 lanes for children only) and several courts, such as soccertenis, soccerbillard, boccia court and an obstacle course of 2.5 km for mountain bikes, a restaurant and a private house attached. A large playground and the swimming lake of approximately 1400 m² complete this place to its best conditions. The pool is equipped with a modern filter system.
The private house is constructed of two containers according to high German quality standards and are not identified as containers. It consists of a living-dining room, open American kitchen including kitchen island, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Floor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The windows are provided with a protection film against theft and UV protection. A third container is used exclusively for commercial purposes including the office, a warehouse, 2 toilets and a separate workshop area. The fully equipped gastronomic kitchen connects directly to this area. The protected terrace with rustic seats offers space for approx. 50 guests. All houses and the extension of the kitchen are lined with wood. The built surface amounts up to 385 m2. The whole compound of 40,000 m² is completely fenced.
The convenient location of the soccer park is located in the department of Canelones, between Montevideo and Punta del Este, 10 minutes from the Atlántida and 1 hour from Montevideo. It is located at the intersection of the old Route 8 (a half moon of the Royal Route that runs at this point 1.7 kilometers (1.1 miles) to the south) with Route 34 to La Floresta. Arroyo Mosquitos stream flows along the city's northern and western limits.
