A Quick Q&A
What is your outlook on investing in property?
The earlier you begin the better. Then once you begin you should never, ever stop because the rewards are endless if the investment is done right.
What is the most important room in your home?
My bedroom, my sanctuary. Second favourite is my bathroom. Or maybe just my bathtub!
Do you own any property?
I do own property and I am working towards investing in my second property. Mine is currently the home live in. I am now searching for investment property.
Where would your dream home be located?
On a farm far away from the city, with loads of avocados trees all over the yard. That would be my business - an avocado farm far, far away from the city. Hazyview! Yes! Hazyview in Mpumalanga!
If you were to wake up tomorrow and find that you are a man? What would be the first thing you would do?
The first thing I would do is cry. Loud and hard as I love being a woman; I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The idea of waking up and realising that I will never be able to wear a good pair of heels again would break my heart. So if I woke up to find that I was a man, I would cry!
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Smart! Sexy! Ambitious!
What is your motto in life? / What is your favourite famous quote?
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom" - Anais Nin
How do you conquer fears?
I remind myself that fear is temporary and that regret lasts forever. Fear is just a reminder that I really care about what I am chasing.
What are your top three secrets to success?
Never wait for anything or anyone, because nobody owes you your success. Whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability. Make real connections with people because hard work is effective but networks are the magic pill.
Describe the colour yellow to somebody who is blind.
Happiness! God's very kiss on your cheek!
