Sagunto: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is located in the city of Sagunto, in a central and quiet street with hardly any traffic. Its location is privileged: the Roman castle and theatre are less than ten minutes walk away, the beach, the mountains and Valencia are about twenty minutes by car. Sagunto is the head of the region of Camp de Morvedre, and has a local train stop from Valencia. The municipality, located in the north of the province, has a famous history of great cultural and tourist interest, with routes through the quarters of the old Jewish quarter. The city has a population of 65,000 inhabitants and offers all health, financial, sporting, educational, gastronomic and commercial services. In its nearby port there is one of the best natural beaches in Valencia and a phenomenal promenade with many restaurants. A short distance away we find the Sierra Calderona Natural Park and the Marjal dels Moros, mountain and wetland respectively, protected natural areas. Sagunto is home to the fourth largest population in the province. Its economic prospects are very promising due to the success of its business parks, of international relevance (with the giga-factory of batteries), the increasingly important role of the port in the maritime routes and the recent opening of several shopping centres.
