The project born in 2010 included the construction of a village with 11 apartments of various sizes for a total of about 1000 square meters. The renovation, stopped since 2013, involved the construction of buildings classified in A++. It is located a few kilometers from Ponticelli, not far from the A1 motorway which connects this area with Rome and Florence.
