The project born in 2010 included the construction of a village with 11 apartments of various sizes for a total of about 1000 square meters. The renovation, stopped since 2013, involved the construction of buildings classified in A++. This area has a century-old oak forest covering an area of approximately 2 hectares, which could be used as a large park in which to build a sports center.

The village under renovation is located on the top of a hill on the border between Umbria and Tuscany (Città della Pieve and Cetona). It is located a few kilometers from Ponticelli, not far from the A1 motorway which connects this area with Rome and Florence. The services are located in Città della Pieve a few km away, but its position makes it easily accessible both by railway and by motorway.
