Salamanca: Location and surroundings of this property

Fuente del Berro is one of the six neighborhoods that make up the district of Salamanca, in Madrid. In this neighborhood is the Colonia Fuente del Berro, small villas and townhouses that were built in the early twentieth century for the middle class, Colonia Iturbe 1 and Colonia Iturbe 2, now inhabited by many personalities of politics and the arts, and often compared to London's Notting Hill for its exclusive and bohemian character.
