The Process
Step 1: An investment teaser with summary information is presented on one or two slides of a potential sales process, without mentioning the owner in order to keep the identity private, to the investor personally and only after he has confirmed his interest in analyzing the project. This information is sent only to potential investor clients, which companies exist, are credible and without intermediaries in the middle.

Step 2: We collect all the information about a business or project that a serious buyer would like to have access to, prepare it and present it in a report to the investor so that he can analyze the details more thoroughly and with the available data. If required by the seller, we may require them to sign a confidentiality agreement before disclosing more sensitive information.

One hour from Lisbon and 15 minutes from Alcacer exit on A2 Highway found located the Comporta village. For those who enjoy the beach, the front Atlantic of 47 km of sandy deserts, where find the most beautiful beaches of Portugal, including Comporta beach, 2 km, the center of the long strip of sand that connects Troia to Sines. A few meters displays a breathtaking view of rice fields, the storks and all the marshland of the River Sado, allowing enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the natural surroundings of the Sado estuary.

Investment and Development Projects

Near the village of  Melides, on a hill, extends a private plot of land with about 10 hectares, with unique views and surrounded by beautiful cork oaks. This plot has an approved tourism project with a maximum construction area of 4.000sqm. The beach is about 5 km away. Here we find several nature trails that can be walked, cycled, horseback ridden or buggy driven. 3 km away in the village of Melides we find restaurants and traditional shops and the famous boutique Hotel Vermelho from the designer Christian Louboutin. Due to its location and surroundings this could be the perfect project for those who want to develop a retreat in nature with the added value of being able to combine a variety of other activities. The images of the buildings that we present here are just renderings and the architectural design could be changed (subject to approval).

After Comporta, it is Melides' turn to attract international attention, however, this is still a destination that stands out for its quietness and kilometres of unspoilt nature. With little more than 1600 inhabitants, the village of Melides has restaurants and traditional shops. Nearby we find several beaches, Melides Lagoon, St. André Lagoon and Aberta Nova beach.
