The real estate complex will be located in a well-serviced area, convenient to the main communication routes, only 15 minutes from Prato della Valle, the Basilica of St. Anthony and the city center, near services of daily use. Southeast of Padua, Ponte San Nicolò, area called Rio. Rio was formed in the early thirteenth century with the name Rivus, meaning stream or canal, because, precisely, crossed by a watercourse. In this hamlet there was, during the fourteenth century, the Da Rio family that managed to influence the political events of the city of Padua. The “da Rio” were professionals, merchants, bankers and notaries. In the nearby hamlet of Roncajette the Villa “da Rio,” still recalls their memory. The family was of Venetian origin existing until after World War II. In Padua, on Via Dante, Palazzo Da Rio still exists. Since the year 2015 there has been a Busitalia Veneto line 16 that connects Rio to the center of Padua. to reach the city center from Rio one can use the 16 Ferrovia, which runs through various areas of Padua and then ends the ride at the Ferrovia via the Riviere. Of course, the bus that makes the reverse trip is the 16 Rio, which will return to the small town of Rio from the railway. Until recently, the terminus was located in front of the church, but now it has been moved a few meters ahead.
