There's always something going on with us! We are the direct IT contacts for Engel & Völkers real estate agents in over 800 real estate agencies and market centers (metropolitan major offices) with over 10,000 employees worldwide. Our support includes a wide range of E&V IT products and services such as our complex brokerage software. Sometimes we solve the small and large IT problems of our customers in minutes, but sometimes it's quite challenging and we use our collective know-how to achieve our goal.

You wonder what our goal is? It's simple: we provide premium support and are there for our customers' IT needs so they can focus their passion on their business. Because our passion is what we do particularly well: Fast, helpful, pragmatic and competent to solve small and large IT problems. We do this as a team, with a lot of fun and commitment - which our customers also appreciate very much: This is confirmed not only by our customer satisfaction surveys and we are proud of this.

Versatility and team spirit are just two of the qualities that our team members at the IT Service Desk appreciate so much about their job. We are growing, and not only in the number of support tickets which we solve six days a week from E&V colleagues from California to Hong Kong. We are in the midst of a transformation to full stack support, which means that we offer our customers an end-to-end view of their use cases and can support them on any part of the way. You can also take on responsibility in one of our main topics. Each Service Desk team member takes on an important specific topic such as our internal knowledge management system, our process documentation or our internal onboarding. So you can - almost incidentally - broaden your horizons, help everyone with your specific knowledge and at the same time help shape the future of the IT Service Desk.
