The house was built from scratch in 2007 with fine materials; in excellent state of maintenance, it is divided into two residential units. The larger one consists of a large open space living room with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. On the upper floor we find a bedroom with en suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second unit, characterized by high ceilings, is developed entirely on the ground floor and consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Each unit has a porch. The farmhouse is surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden of about 6.500 square meters. The garden houses a particularly scenic swimming pool measuring 6x12 m and an olive grove with about 60 plants in production.Lastly, a convenient tool storage room was made by taking benefit of the natural slope of the land.
