The house is located 5 minutes from the center of Requena and its tourist attractions, a city with lots of history and famous for its wine and gastronomic tradition. Requena is a beautiful village where we can visit its old town known as "La Villa", we can walk along its long and beautiful avenue, or visit its wineries and taste its wines. The town has all the services: hospital, health center, courts, finance and employment offices, treasury SS, supermarkets, sport facilities, schools and high schools, public library, indoor pool, summer swimming pool, etc. Requena has very good communication. It has 3 access roads to the A-3 which let you reach Valencia in 45 minutes, the airport in 35 minutes and in 2 hours in Madrid. Also it has train, bus service and AVE station 5 minutes far from the town, which reduce the journey to Valencia and Madrid to 25 minutes and to 1 hour and 27 minutes. Requena natural environment is ideal for sports such as mountain biking and road, hunting and fishing, motocross and endurance, etc. There is a small golf course near the city. Very close to Requena, an airfield is situated 5 minutes far in Rebollar where you can learn to fly or drive or have your own light aircraft.
