We are just a few minutes from Conegliano, but it already feels like we're far away, immersed in the landscape that has made this area famous. We stand before our property, a structure that clearly requires a complete renovation or perhaps demolition to unlock the full potential promised by the site. We immediately look up, and at this moment, the view completely captures us. The position is commanding: the view is unobstructed, and the hills of Prosecco stretch out before us with their orderly vineyards, descending to embrace the vast Venetian plain that fades into the horizon.
