Large farmhouse to be restored

Near the village of Salci, we offer for sale a large farmhouse to be completed. The farmhouse has recently undergone a conservative renovation of the structure which led to the reconstruction of the roof and the intermediate floor and does not present structural problems on the load-bearing walls. The main building has an area of about 450 sqm, which can be expanded by a further 100 sqm. In addition there is also a small annex of about 60 sqm which can be converted into a residential area. Particular note in favor of the hall on the ground floor which still has the original arches and stone floors.
