Plot in Plantación Narbona

Plantación Narbona is a rural development consisting of a total of 56 plots, most of them approximately 1 hectare. All plots are part of an agricultural cooperative where fruit trees will be planted primarily to create a unified and harmonious landscape throughout the neighborhood. The fruit production will be marketed by Narbona, mainly in the form of sweets and jams, through their stores located on Route 104. This activity will help reduce monthly expenses, which will start being paid from the second year. The neighborhood will have internal walkways, water and electricity supply, and will be ruled by a construction regulation where only houses with gable roofs will be allowed. The neighborhood will have dual access, one via Route 104 and the second access where Narbona is located.
