Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas is כיום one of the main urban arteries in the northwest of Valencia and one of the city’s most emblematic avenues. All of this makes it one of the fastest-growing residential, commercial, and business areas in Valencia, often referred to as the city’s “financial district.”
