But contemporary elements have also been incorporated, such as the cantilevered staircase that connects the first floor with the spacious roof terrace. From the entrance hall you enter a bright and open to the sky central courtyard, which serves as a distribution axis and surrounds a large house of almost 450 m2 with a capacity for 10-12 people. As we wander around the house we discover that its 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, its multipurpose room or ceramic studio and its spacious 115m2 flat with a 5th bedroom plus a large attic and access to the terrace, could easily be converted into 2 studio flats, a suite and a double bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms, apart from the aforementioned spacious flat which also has an independent entrance and the possibility of isolating itself from the rest of the house. And what can we say about the roof terrace, the perfect place to relax in the sun around the chill-out area or to enjoy the views. So many options and corners to enjoy the peace that emanates from the house make it possible to relive the essence of Vejer.

Vejer de la Frontera is a village located in the province of Cádiz. Declared a Historic Site, awarded the National Beautification Award and forming the Network of the most beautiful villages in Spain. The Arab legacy is reflected in its popular architecture and in the urban planning of its neighborhoods. Vejer sits on a beautiful hill at an altitude of about 200m, the white houses hang perched on the mountain with the sea in the background, the aesthetics of this place is precious and offers a typical image of a Cadiz white town with great monumental and beauty landscapes . Located just 8 km from the Atlantic coast and El Palmar beach, one of the best beaches in the province of Cadiz with crystal clear water and golden sand. Its enclave gives rise to a crossing point for migratory birds between Europe and Africa and the sighting of cetaceans in the ocean. The Natural Park of La Breña and the Marismas de Barbate also belong to this term. One of the greatest attractions of Vejer is the local gastronomy, which has the best products of the area such as retinta beef, Almadraba red tuna, fresh rock fish and shellfish and products from the Cadiz orchard of excellent quality.
