It is located to the east of the city and is bordered to the north by "Illa Perduda" and "Ciutat Jardí", to the east by "Cabañal-Cañamelar" and "Grao", to the south by "La Creu del Grau" and "Camí Fondo" and to the west by "Albors". Its limits are, to the north, the street of "Santos Justo y Pastor"; to the east, "Serrería" street; to the south, the Port Avenue; and, to the west, the "Doctor Manuel Candela" Street. "Ramiro de Maeztu" street and "Jerónimo de Monsoriu" street make up the axis that articulates the neighborhood, parallel to Port Avenue. In the center-north, the pleasant gardens of "Ayora" are located. There is good communication by bus, tram and metro ("Ayora" and "Marítim-Serrería"). It has all kinds of businesses, greengrocers and neighborhood stores, the "Algirós" market and the "Cabañal" market nearby, the beach a 15-minute walk away, 2 metro stops, buses, etc. Both students, professionals, families and retirees reside. It is an excellent neighborhood to live in and very safe. The neighborhood has excellent public transport, with bus stops, "Ayora" metro station and Tarongers tram as well as nearby taxi ranks. Banks, gardens, supermarkets, universities, colleges, institutes and the beach two metro stops away. The neighborhood has a multitude of restaurants, pharmacies, pubs, takeaway food establishments and the official language school.
