The garage will be pre-installed for the future installation of electric vehicle charging stations on all floors. The ventilation system of the dwellings will have a heat recovery system. This equipment allows the air to be renewed in the dwelling, minimising energy losses. The project currently has a building permit granted, so the development timescale will be significantly shortened.
