We approach our property, warmed by the sun of this beautiful season, while our eyes lose themselves in the open spaces that stretch as far as the eye can see. Around us, only the deep green of the hills, drawn by rows of vines that chase each other and dotted with small woods offering shelter. This is the beating heart of the Prosecco Hills, and this house, which we visit today, seems to capture its purest essence, an essence that has been breathed here since the late 1800s. We find ourselves in a truly privileged spot, on the side of a hill that offers us a panoramic view that we would describe as unparalleled. We are told that this exceptional visual opening was used, during World War II, as a valuable strategic observation point over the surrounding territory. The complex, despite having deep historical roots, appears to us in impeccable condition thanks to the skilful renovation carried out in 2000 and constant, attentive maintenance. The property is divided into two distinct parts that we explore: the manor house, promising welcoming spaces, and a real panoramic tower, a small nest designed for hospitality. Here we discover a convenient garage, a guest room with a dedicated bathroom, a practical kitchenette, and, going up, a terrace that promises unforgettable moments, with the view generously opening below us. Entering the manor house, we are greeted by a living room that immediately strikes us with its bright elegance: here warmth is assured both by classic radiators and by the presence of a splendid and comfortable stove, which we imagine perfect for winter evenings, perhaps with the crackling of the fire in the background. From the living room, we move smoothly along a corridor that leads us to the dining room and then to the large kitchen, a decidedly livable and functional space, where we imagine aromas and conviviality. Going up to the upper floors, we find spaces dedicated to rest: three cozy double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom immediately captures our attention: not only is it spacious, but it opens onto a private terrace, an intimate corner evidently designed to continue enjoying, even in private, the extraordinary panoramic view that envelops the property from the first awakening. Returning outside, we discover a generous private space surrounding the house: a garden of about 1500 square meters that invites us to stop, relax, breathe the pure air. Here we find well-defined areas promising moments of pleasure: a large parking area to comfortably welcome friends, a green area currently equipped with a gazebo, perfect for outdoor lunches with a view, a solarium area where we imagine long sunny days, and a splendid 8x4 meter pool, a real invitation to refresh oneself with a view that loses itself among the hills. At the end of our visit, the impression we are left with is profound: that of a house that seems suspended in time, a true refuge of serenity away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, perfectly embedded in a vibrant context. This place is magical, and we immediately understand why: thanks to its ideal orientation, each day does not just offer a view, but grants the small, priceless luxury of witnessing sunrises and sunsets that paint the landscape with simply fairy-tale colors and lights, an emotion that nourishes the eyes and the soul.
