Outarelo Palace is a 1924 house-tower. The palace, registered as Cultural Building of National Interest due to its historic value; is an exceptional property located between a residential area and Torrelodones. The palace´s three super structures heights were built of granite stone, with a living space of 846 m2, for a total land lot of 4.458 m2. The palace is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Along the battlement wall, numerous pine trees, evergreens, olive trees and century cypress trees give an added value to this property since all of them possess incredible botanical value, with direct access to the house by car. Ground and first floors have been recently renovated, except the wrought iron bars and front door which were part of the palace´s original structure. The main hall is accessed through the main or south façades, along with the main staircase of the original design leading to the upper levels. Two gate-keeper´s lodges are located next to the main building.
