Land to be developed in Vilafortuny

Large plot of land in Vilafortuny with an area of 40,000m2. Undeveloped urban land that is included in the Sund-B Urban Development Plan. The land has an excellent location a few meters from the first line and in the center of Vilafortuny beach. It would be possible to develop the partial plan as it has more than 51% of the total area. The gross buildability is 0.40m2 / m2, of which 0.10m2 / m2 must be used for tourist and economic activities and 0.30m2 / m2 for residential. The urban plan would also accept a building capacity of about 30,400m2 of roof for the construction of a 3-storey hotel. The city council would allow the construction of a pedestrian walkway for direct access to the beach above the railway line.
