The property is located in the neighbourhood of Vallcarca and only a 5-minute walk from Park Güell. Vallcarca-Penitents is one of the 5 neighbourhoods of the district of Gràcia. It has public spaces, parks, green and recreational areas. A range of schools as well as good hospitals. Very well communicated by Metro and bus. The neighbourhood has two subway stations belonging to Line 3 of Metro BCN (Vallcarca and Penitents). As they form part of Line 3, both are very well connected with the city's nerve centre, Plaza Catalunya, as well as Plaza Lesseps and the future Line 9. The bus is undoubtedly the most common form of transport in the neighbourhood, given the large number of bus stops and lines in the area.
