Bétera is located on the southern slope of the Sierra Calderona, 15 km from Valencia and 23 km from the Mediterranean Sea, in the bordering area with the Valencian garden. Bétera is a town with a long history, as evidenced by the three large archaeological sites it has. There are various road connections, including the Burjasot-Torres Torres road; the Bétera-Olocau road; the San Antonio de Benagéber road which connects with the Turia Valencia-Ademuz highway (CV-35), and the Mediterranean Highway (A-7), which passes through the area, among others leading to various districts and urbanizations of the municipality and neighboring towns.
Regarding public transport, it can be accessed through line 1 of the Valencia Metro, which ends its route in this locality. Apart from the Bétera station, the Horta Vella stop also corresponds to the municipal area of Bétera.
