Valdelagua is a development located at km 30 of the Burgos road, next to Ciudalcampo. It is the only totally private urbanisation (next to La Finca), so access is restricted to owners only. It has a social club area with a communal swimming pool, paddle and tennis courts for free use, swings and green areas where many activities take place. It also has a church that officiates mass every Sunday. Valdelagua is surrounded by many commercial areas with banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, social security and private medical centre, different restaurant areas... and also, very close by, there are public, state and public schools of great prestige. There are different bus connections constantly, both with Madrid and with Alcobendas or San Sebastián de los Reyes.
