Engel & Volkers presents this semi-detached house project in the new La Llagotera development in the municipality of Casserres. Single-storey construction of approximately 135 m² built on a plot of approximately 300 m², comprising a parking space, kitchen, dining-living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.
