Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas is, today, the main urban thoroughfare in northwest Valencia and one of the most emblematic in the entire city. Close to the Ronda Norte ring road and the CV-35 (Ademuz Highway), it has become the principal access route to Valencia from the northwest. If we want to get around the rest of the city, from here we can choose to do so quickly by private transport via some of the main roads such as Pío XII or General Avilés, or take advantage of the convenient public transport infrastructure which, by both bus and metro, allows us to reach the historic center in 15 minutes. The presence of educational and healthcare centers, as well as sports, leisure, dining, and other services, completes an offering that explains why this is one of Valencia’s fastest-growing residential, commercial, and business areas; hence this area is also known as the city’s “financial district.” In this privileged setting is the “Estrella de Les Corts” residential development.
