The apartment is located between the Alonso Martínez roundabout and Chamberí Square, on one of the quietest and most elegant streets in the Trafalgar neighborhood, in the Chamberí district. The building is the work of Francisco Javier Ferrero Llusiá, one of Madrid's most notable architects of the Madrid Rationalist movement, influenced by regionalist architecture, the monumentalism of Antonio Palacios, and the Neo-Baroque style of the 1920s, with such remarkable creations as the Olavide Market and the iconic Viaduct.
