House in Somió, an iconic location

The Somió neighborhood belongs to the municipality of Gijón and is the city’s most exclusive residential area, close to San Lorenzo Beach. Protected from the north by a hill, it has a microclimate that brings warmer temperatures, allowing visitors to enjoy all the beaches in the area. In addition to being a residential district, it has numerous parks for walking or playing sports. It offers various sports facilities, notably the Real Club de Tenis de Gijón, as well as four golf courses within 5 kilometers.
