Simat: The area is beautiful, peaceful and serene. The location is ideal as it feels far away from everything but is an easy drive to all mod cons. Situated in an easy to reach zone of Villas of Simat, it is actually much closer to the town of Barxeta, just a 5 mins drive. And approximately 15 mins to Xativa with international school, and 30 min to the beach. GEOGRAPHY: The area is generally agricultural, principal crops being oranges, lemons, walnuts, almonds, plums, apples, pears, and some rice. It is fertile and well-supplied with water providing a delightful view of green mountains in all directions.
