Apartment in refurbished building in Raval

Apartment located in a building from 1900 in the southern part of El Raval, Ciutat Vella, in which a comprehensive rehabilitation is performed. It has: 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower (1 en suite), open living room - kitchen – dining room and balconies to the street and courtyard. With Southwest orientation on the main façade which overlooks a typical street of the old quarter of Barcelona, and Northeast orientation on the rear façade overlooking a unique courtyard with vegetation. The project has been carried out by recovering the beauty of the original elements of the estates of the time: hydraulic floors, Catalan vault, woodwork, stone and ironwork; while it incorporates the contemporary elements necessary for today’s comfort needs. It has twelve apartments distributed on seven floors, a nice lobby and communal terrace overlooking the cityscape of Barcelona’s old district, Montjuic, Tibidabo and the Port. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning system. The floors are polished concrete grey pigmented or recovered bicolored hydraulic pavements where they were in good condition, except bathrooms and terraces. The colour and texture treatments have been done according to the criteria of the City of Barcelona in order to preserve the original character of the building and its harmonious integration into the environment.
