The rural house was built in 1888 by large agricultural owners in the area, contributing to the development of the Delta in their day. This splendid house has been renovated in 2000 for its current use as a rural tourism house. In 2020 some improvements have been made, but always maintaining the typical charm of Catalan rural houses. The large windows, the arches and the generous interior spaces that respect the historical atmosphere of the house have been maintained. The construction materials of the Catalan tradition have also been maintained, such as the floors made with traditional tiles. This rural accommodation/tourist structure has 6 apartments for rent, common spaces and an apartment currently used by the owners to live. Each floor has heating, air conditioning, wood stove and television. The apartments are of different sizes and can accommodate from a minimum of two people to larger families. Some of the ground floor are enabled for people with reduced mobility. In the common area we also find the laundry area and a large parking lot. The common area has, among other things, a waiting area and a relaxation area with lots of flowers. A field of tangerines and oranges also belongs to the farmhouse. The pool allows guests to relax and the barbecue area to take advantage of the sunny afternoons of the Delta. The pool is fenced and thus protects the little ones. A shared kitchen and a banquet room allow guests to organize their private parties and enjoy all the communities. This structure allows you to continue with your current destination (rural accommodation) but is also perfect for organizing private events (weddings, ceremonies, etc.) and why not turn it into a space for meditation and yoga retreat.
