New-build townhouse in Casserres–La Llagotera

Engel & Volkers presents this semi-detached house project in the new La Llagotera development in the municipality of Casserres. The two-storey construction comprises approximately 115 m² built on a plot of approximately 150 m² and includes a parking space, kitchen, dining-living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Finished in accordance with regulations, it includes a countertop, oven and microwave; lamps and other appliances are not included.

If desired, only the plot may be purchased, or a quote may be requested for a house using the total permitted floor area over two storeys, namely 200 m². This would allow changes to be made to the initial project by requesting a new quote, including the possibility of increasing the volume on the second floor to build one or two additional spaces, subject to a separate quote. In the current proposal, the living room is covered by a roof, allowing the option of covering this roof to create a third bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.
