In a quiet enclave of the city of Barcelona we find this wonderful design house, and spectacular view of Barcelona built with organic materials,avaiable from first July to September. The house has 4 floors and on the deck is located the pool with a wonderful terrace with views 360 \ throughout the city. The house is conceived as an Eco Aparthotel, and has a domotic control system. In the first 3 floors we find a total of 7 double rooms where each of them has its own bathroom and seating area,the romos has lighting and natural ventilation, and 4 of them have outdoor exit to a terrace. Each room is differentiated by a different color or theme, it has a remote control system of heating and cooling temperature. In the fourth floor we find the wonderful dining room with double height with fully equipped kitchen, and with direct access to a wonderful terrace to have a dinner enjoying the sunset and the spectacular views of the city of Barcelona. In the upper floor we find the leisure and relaxation area of the house, this área has a sauna and a spectacular pool with sunbathing space, where you can make a refreshing bathroom enjoying the wonderful 360th views of the city, and enjoy the wonderful sunny days offered by the climate of the Barcelona city.
