Canovelles : Lage und Umgebung dieser Immobilie

The property is located between Can Duran and the Urbanization Belulla. But it belongs to the municipality of Canovelles, which is located in the middle of the valley of the river Congost. Canovelles faces Granollers to the south and southeast, a city with which it forms almost an urban continuum through neighbourhoods such as Barriada Nova. To the west and southwest, the municipality borders Lliçà d'Amunt and Santa Eulalia de Ronçana respectively, while to the north it borders L'Ametlla and Les Franqueses del Vallès. The territory of Canovelles is fairly flat. From the point of view of the urban structure, the municipality of Canovelles is made up of the village of Canovelles, the head of the municipality and of medieval origin, the neighbourhoods of Bellulla, de la Serra, Sanaüja and the Barriada Nova, also called Can Xarlet or Canovelles de Baix. Canovelles is currently home to almost 17,000 people. Looking back over the history of Canovelles, the name of the municipality of Canovelles is documented for the first time in 1008 when Mr. Ingilbert and his wife Incuncia made an exchange with Abbot Ot de Sant Cugat of five pieces of land that they had in Canovelles for other lands that the monastery gave them; with the cession of the lands in the area of Sant Felix de Canovelles, the donors transferred to the abbot and the monastery the dominion and power that they had.
