Located a few steps away from Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia, near Plaça Catalunya. Located on the Right of the Eixample, the central neighbourhood of the district, in one of the most important and luxurious areas of the city. The so-called Golden Square is at its limits and the Passeig de Gràcia is the backbone where the main modernist jewels are, such as the Pedrera, the Casa Batlló, the Casa Amatller, the Casa Lleó Morera or the Casa Rocamora, near Plaça Catalunya. Important luxury brands and some of the best hotels have settled in this Golden Mile, which is also attractive for the office market. Rambla de Catalunya is one of the most central streets in Barcelona, which runs along the right of the Eixample in the seamountain direction between Passeig de Gràcia and Carrer Balmes. It commences at Plaça Catalunya and finishes at Avinguda Diagonal. It has a central promenade with café terrasses along it and it is lined with lime trees on each side with a sculpture of Josep Granyer at each end. It is basically a commercial promenade where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, fashion shops, art galleries and a couple of cinemas.
