Andrea-Charlotte Martin

As a licensed Realtor for over 20 years in the United States and a veteran of Engel & Völkers for more than 14 years, I have an intimate knowledge of Mallorca's Southwest region, particularly the areas surrounding Santa Ponsa. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Studies from Rice University, and I am fluent in English, German, and French.

I have represented numerous clients relocating from around the world, assisting in every aspect of their moves. Raised outside of Chicago by a German mother and an American father, I have always held traveling and developing a deep understanding of other cultures to be of great importance. My experience working as an International Flight Attendant for a major airline has prepared me to be particularly well-suited for the international clientele I serve at Engel & Völkers.

You may also recognize me from my film and television work as an actor. I have taught acting for over 15 years and find that my work coaching actors in the "art and study of human behavior" is of immense value to my work as a Real Estate Advisor. Listening to the real needs of my clients is one of the keys to my success.

Negotiating contracts skillfully, listening well to my clients, and guiding homebuyers and sellers with enthusiasm, discretion, and dedication are paramount to me. My commitment to serving my clients' best interests and providing outstanding customer service, from start to finish, is exceptional. I am also an active volunteer for several charities, including UNICEF's Champions for Children and the Mallorca Preservation Foundation.
