In my role as Team Assistant, I am the person who ensures that everything in the office runs smoothly and that the team has the support it needs to perform at the highest level. I work closely with our associate consultants, assisting them in preparing properties, reviewing documentation and contracts, monitoring listings, and overseeing the portfolio of properties and clients.

I also coordinate marketing, meetings, and events, making sure every detail contributes to the quality image we deliver. My responsibility is to create a motivating work environment where consultants can fully focus on their clients and goals, confident that everything else is under control.

This position is essential in delivering an outstanding client service experience and in optimizing internal processes, contributing to the efficiency and operational excellence of the office.

My role is to act as the point of reference: connecting processes, people, and goals so that the office operates as a true team driven by success.
