Fan Cheng Wu

Raised in Mallorca of Chinese-German heritage, I am multilingual in Spanish, Mallorqui, German, English and Chinese. I grew up on the island, have seen it evolve and become the international island that it currently is. 

During the past 5 years working in the Palma Old Town office, I have developed in-depth knowledge of the property portfolio in Palma and the market's evolution across asset pricing and supply and demand. My specialty in Palma Old Town and its surrounding neighbourhoods extends to a range of property types such as luxury properties, newly built developments, investment opportunities, and the local market. As every agent, I have completed the Engel & Völkers academy training and combine it with an analytical science background with a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Given my education and professional backgrounds, I combine a very detail- and fact-oriented approach with a personalized and customer-focused experience.

Being partly local and partly international allows me to be attentive and empathetic in identifying key criteria for international clients, helping them throughout the property buying process while delivering both legal and commercial advice. I always recommend an initial conversation to understand each client's individual needs and their expectations for their home here on Mallorca. The opportunity to share my personal knowledge of Mallorca is often useful when considering what kind of property one is looking for and makes for lovely conversations. My ultimate goal is to use my personal insights of Palma's geography, history, and current market trends to support and guide prospective buyers throughout their journey of discovering the charm and potential that Palma Old Town has; whether they are first-time buyers or the most discerning of real estate investors.
