Gustavo Martín

Born in Venezuela and living in Tenerife since the age of four, my life has always been deeply connected to this island, its essence, and the development of its spaces. From a very young age, I have felt a special connection to the world of construction and real estate, a passion that has now become my professional vocation.

My personal and professional journey has allowed me to develop an international and human perspective on the real estate market. I lived in Germany for three years and had the opportunity to lead a social housing construction project in Namibia for 90 days—an experience that profoundly shaped the way I understand the value of a home and the importance of creating spaces with purpose.

Thanks to this background, I speak Spanish, English, and German, which allows me to connect with clients from different parts of the world and guide them closely and effectively throughout the entire buying and selling process.

I consider myself an open, sociable, and committed person who genuinely enjoys helping others, especially in such an important decision as buying or selling a property. My professional philosophy is built on transparency, honesty, and trust—fundamental pillars on which I build every relationship with my clients.

On a personal level, I am a proud father, and my family is my greatest motivation and the driving force behind everything I do. At 29 years old, with great energy and enthusiasm to continue growing, meeting people from different cultures, and accompanying them through one of the most important moments of their lives, I feel truly grateful and excited to be part of Engel & Völkers.
