Julia Soddemann

I’m originally from Düsseldorf, Germany. In addition to my native German, I’ve deepened my knowledge of English and Spanish during my school and university years. In the fall of 2023, I relocated to Tenerife and became part of the Engel & Völkers Costa Adeje team in the summer of 2024.

After completing high school in Düsseldorf, I studied Business Management in a dual education system while working as a Junior Buyer at a multinational American corporation. I was responsible for the full range of electric mobility products. During this time, I also had the opportunity to complete a semester abroad in Seoul, South Korea.

After obtaining my university degree, I continued working in the purchasing field for three more years before deciding to move to Tenerife and pursue my passion for the real estate sector.

My main strengths include reliability, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients and colleagues. What fascinates me most about my work as a real estate advisor is that each client, whether buyer or owner, has a unique story. The diversity of people and properties makes my daily work exciting: from high-quality residential properties to investment opportunities, stunning luxury villas, and charming estates. This variety ensures no day is like another, and that’s what I love most about my profession.
