Maria Calle

I was born in Spain and grew up in Germany, which has allowed me to develop an international perspective and become bilingual in Spanish and German. After many years of experience in the real estate sector and sales on the peninsula, in 2012, I decided to move to Ibiza, attracted by new professional challenges, the island's unique character, and its extraordinary quality of life.

Since my arrival, I have been part of Engel & Völkers Ibiza, where I have developed my career with a clear client orientation, based on trust, transparency, and personalized advice. My expertise in urban planning regulations, property valuation, and buying and selling processes enables me to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and discernment, helping them find the property that best suits their needs.

I am passionate about working with people from different cultures and backgrounds, facilitating smooth communication and effective negotiations. Throughout my career, I have learned that each transaction is unique and requires an individualized approach, always aiming to achieve the best outcome for my clients.

Since 2024, I have also been responsible for the New Developments area, expanding my role to advising on new construction projects, bringing a deep understanding of the market and current real estate trends.

Since the beginning of my career at Engel & Völkers, I have had the privilege of managing the western part of the island, from Cala Molí to Port de Torrent, including part of Sant Agustí.

It is a unique environment, known for its turquoise-water coves and sunsets that surprise daily with a different spectacle. A region full of magical corners, where the beauty of the landscape is combined with an excellent and varied gastronomic offering.
